Wedding and Location

{Aaron + Vickie – Married!} Kansas City Wedding Photography

Hey friends! 🙂

I met Vickie at college (UCM) through the Christian Campus House and used her as a model in one of my photo classes way back in the day! Since I was still learning all of the techniques, I’ll spare you and not dig up those old images. I’ve always enjoyed Vickie’s company… I see her as such a strong and beautiful woman…and she’s always smiling!

Aaron and Vickie met at a game night hosted by a colleague and friend surrounded by a bunch of people neither of them knew, and this group ended up being some of their greatest lifelong friends! Aaron proposed in Victoria, KS in front of the main altar at St. Fidelis Catholic Church, aka the “Cathedral of the Plains” after attending mass. Vickie cried through the entire thing and forgot to put the ring on until Aaron reminded her! How sweet is that?

Their reception took place at Cider Gallery, a beautiful fusion of both an art gallery and event venue. It was perfect for these two… classy and down to earth!

Despite the threat of a crazy ice storm, the wedding and ceremony were beautiful, the whole wedding party put up with me and outdoor photos without complaint, and everything went off without a hitch!

Congratulations to you both, I wish you nothing but happiness in your future!
