Hey friends!
John and Traci planned this wedding to be small, intimate and elegant. They both have been married previously so they wanted a more low key wedding, including their children in their wedding party. It was a beautiful catholic ceremony that included scripture readings from their kids as well. They also incorporated a song from Phantom of the Opera, which I assume was selected by John, as he is very involved in the arts community in Kansas City. The whole day was beautifully romantic, and since the wedding was around Christmas time, it was wonderfully festive as well!
I thoroughly enjoyed being able to spend time getting to know Traci over coffee before the wedding, and was honored to meet her whole family on their big day. I love how God is continually restoring their lives and honoring them for their obedience to Him!
Thank you both, so much, for choosing me to capture your beautiful story! I wish you nothing but the very best!
All my love,
Aubrey
“John devised a plan/proposal while we were on a trip to San Francisco. The ruse was we were going to a rooftop bar of a hotel for a drink at sunset, but when we arrived at the 40th floor there was actually a private rooftop terrace with champagne, roses and a photographer capturing our moment. It was incredible.” – Traci
